Regional and State Managers liaise with external stakeholders to provide individualised support plans, while ensuring compliance to time frames and protocols. Passionate about empowering people to achieve their goals and maximise independence, they champion our organisational culture based on company values. Developing both internal and external professional development for all staff, they are key to our successful program delivery!
Our Clinical Leads and Supervisors provide regular individual supervision, group supervision and review of clinical documents to support the development of our provisional clinical staff. With a passion for mentoring, teaching and training, these non-client facing staff empower their teams to be the best at what they do.
Partnership Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining productive relationships between The Better Health Generation and business partners across Australia and the United Kingdom. From identifying new business opportunities to driving customer strategies to maximise opportunities and product diversity – no two days are the same for this collaborative team.
Our research assistants work across all of the TBHG brands to source the latest research and innovative techniques. They are responsible for both content and resource creation, conducting analyses and writing reports.
Our customer experience teams engage with both internal and external stakeholders, acting as brand ambassadors and forming an integral part of the organisation. Acting as the first point of contact for support coordinators, participants, their loved ones and more, these teams provide exceptional customer service to both clients and staff, whilst following participants journeys from start to finish.
Each of our brands have management structures that lead the business strategies so we can have the most impact on our communities. Our leaders possess a variety of work experiences and skill sets that together add a richness to how The Better Health Generation progresses its service offering and workforce to meet the needs of our customers.
Working with our customers and NDIS participants, Nurses can complete assessments, deliver, manage and evaluate services that offer a personalised tailored approach to match the unique needs of each individual. Providing support in collaboration with others support services, nurses work within a multidisciplinary team and with external stakeholders (other health professionals, NDIA- related entities etc.) and form an integral part of the support we provide to our clients.
